The Public Engagement Specialist at the U.S. Embassy in Tallinn, Jane Susi, was presented with the Gill Jacot-Guillarmod Award by the Lois Roth Foundation and the U.S. Department of State for her outstanding contributions in educational and cultural diplomacy.
