The 2018 New York Baltic Film Festival showcases the newest films from the Baltic States – Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania – three Northern European countries in 2018 that are celebrating their centenaries since becoming independent nations in 1918.
The Baltic States have a highly regarded cinema history, with the first films made in 1910. Today, each country has its own vibrant film industry that is producing world-class drama, documentary and animation films that are showcased around the world. This is your opportunity to see some of these latest releases here in New York.
