Ria: Id Card Can Now Be Used With Latest Mozilla Firefox Update
The national Information System Authority (RIA) announced on Thursday, Dec 5th, that it had released a new version of the ID card software for the Windows operating system, which solved concerns yesterday that the new version of Mozilla Firefox could not be used with the ID card.

Olari Elts, 48, is a conductor with a wide international reach, whose passion for putting together and conducting unique and exciting concert programmes has earned him worldwide recognition, ERSO says. He frequently performs with renowned orchestras around the world, including Finnish Radio Symphony, Danish National Symphony, BBC Symphony, Seattle Symphony, and Yomiuri Nippon Symphony. He is a champion of both core classical and romantic repertoire, and contemporary repertoire, especially those written by his Estonian compatriots, most notably Erkki-Sven Tüür, Eduard Tubin, Tõnu Kõrvits, and Helena Tulve.
ERSO was created in 1926 as a small radio orchestra, but since then, it has increased its international scope, particularly in recent decades. Since 2010, its principal conductor and artistic director has been Neeme Järvi, who was also the orchestra’s principal conductor from 1963 until 1979. ENSO’s current artistic adviser is Paavo Järvi, Neeme’s son.
Audit Office: Rail Baltic Project Deadline Is ‘Probably Not Realistic’
The audit of the National Audit Office found that due to delays the completion of Rail Baltic project is probably not achievable by the 2026 deadline and price is increasing. The analysis of the National Audit Office indicated the activities which Estonia is responsible are about to reach or overshoot their deadlines in the funding agreements by more than two years on average, the authority said. Still, the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications claims that they will be built by 2026 at the latest.
