On February 10, Ambassador Eerik Marmei and acting Assistant Secretary of Defense for Reserve Affairs Mr Richard O. Wightman Jr, signed at the Estonian Embassy the Military Reserve Exchange Program Memorandum of Agreement. The memorandum will mainly facilitate individual reciprocal exchange of reserve forces as well as create additional training opportunities.
