Troy University Professor Dr. Michael Guo-Brennan Awarded Fulbright for Research in Estonia

Dr. Michael Guo-Brennan, an associate professor of public administration at Troy University, has received the Fulbright Scholar title. This prestigious award allows him to conduct research and lecture at Tallinn University in Estonia for six months. The Fulbright Program, established in 1946, aims to promote international educational exchange and foster mutual understanding between the United States and other countries. The program provides grants for students, scholars, and professionals to study, teach, or conduct research abroad.
